FRAUD ALERT - Unauthorized Card Transactions - Rally recently received an increase in reports of debit card fraud at Interactive Teller Machines (ITMs).  Please check your account(s) and report any suspicious activity to 361-986-4500 or 800-622-3631.  Unauthorized transactions will be refunded in full to members’ accounts.
