in writing. With your consent, we can provide this information to you by
electronic delivery. This consent allows us to (1) use electronic delivery and,
at our discretion, terminate paper delivery of communications to you and (2)
use and obtain electronic signatures from you in each case unless and until you
withdraw your consent as described below. This consent applies to all
communications for all accounts, except to the extent it conflicts with law,
regulation or agreement.
Communications
include, but are not limited to, legal or regulatory disclosures, account statements,
tax documents and transaction or account notices. All communications that we
provide you in electronic form will be provided via
email, our website or other electronic means. All documents received or signed
electronically in accordance with this consent are considered
to be legally binding and in writing. If you want to receive a paper
copy of the documents in addition to the electronic documents you can obtain
one by contacting us via phone or in person at one of our branches. Note that a Paper Statement Fee may apply if you request a copy of a
paper statement.
You may withdraw your
consent to receive electronic communications at any time by contacting us via
mail or email listed below. Withdrawal of consent will switch your account
statements to be delivered via mail, if not already delivered via mail, and will
incur a Paper Statement Fee. The withdrawal of
consent will be effective after we have a reasonable period
of time to process your request. However, it will not affect the
legality, validity or enforceability of electronic documents made available
prior to this withdrawal.
