What if I Rally Notifies me that my Debit Card was Compromised?

Periodically, Rally Credit Union is notified that a compromise has occurred affecting its debit card holder(s). This typically means that card information (i.e. card number, member name, CVV, expiration date) has been obtained by an unauthorized source at a merchant or through a merchant’s processor (i.e. grocery store, online store, restaurant).

When this happens, the debit card is at risk of being used fraudulently. We take these notifications seriously and may disable your debit card to prevent fraudulent transactions on your account, depending on severity of compromise. If this happens, we will notify you of the effective date and provide you with information on how to obtain a new card (at no cost).
