MasterCard® Debit Card
All Rally checking accounts come with a MasterCard®-backed debit card. Purchases are automatically deducted from your checking account and itemized in your monthly statement. You may use your debit card wherever MasterCard® is accepted, and to access cash at countless ATMs 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Overdrafts happen. When it does, Rally can pay your debit card and ATM transactions, regardless of whether funds exist in your account or not. Due to federal regulations, we require your consent to opt-in, or we'll be forced to decline your card when you do not have enough money in your account.
Earn Points – Redeem for Rewards!
Earn points on Flag and Basic Checking accounts, just for using your debit card!* Qualifying members will receive their rewards points quarterly via a mailed certificate or an automatic deposit.

Fraud, Lost Or Stolen Card
To enroll, please respond “YES” to the initial enrollment request text message.
Immediately call 1-800-622-3631 to report the card lost or stolen.
If after 5pm CST or on a weekend, call 1-800-472-3272

*The member must have a Rally Basic or Flag Checking account to qualify for Rewards. The checking account must be in good standing and qualify for a debit card to be eligible for the Rewards program. Liberty Checking accounts do not qualify for the Rewards Program.
