Smart Card Notice

Rally introduces Smart Card, a new service that allows you to control when, where, and how your debit card is used—and create transaction alerts.

To access Smart Card:

1. Log in to Digital Banking through the Rally mobile banking app.
2. Select Menu, then Smart Card.
3. Upon first-time selection, you’ll be prompted to download the Rally CU Smart Card app. Visit your app store to download it.
4. After installing the app, close out both the mobile banking and Smart Card apps so the information can refresh.
5. Log back in to the Rally CU Smart Card app—you're now ready to set up card controls and alerts!

Note: If you're currently using Card Valet, you may receive duplicate alerts. Please uninstall the Card Valet app to avoid confusion.
