Our mobile banking app will no longer support the usage of all Android 8.x devices effective July 13, 2023.
What does this mean?
- Periodically, app updates require a minimum phone operating system. In order to access and use the Rally online banking app, the app store will disclose the minimum versions for both Apple and Android devices.
When Rally updates to the July release, will users be forced to update the app?
- No, a forced app update will not be required.
