How to Enroll:

Log into Online or Mobile Banking
- In Online Banking, go to Menu > Settings > Text Enrollment
- Turn Text Enrollment “On” and enter your mobile number
- Check the Agree to Terms box
- Select Save
Set Your Preferences
- Under Settings > Account Preferences, manage your account access
- Choose which accounts you want to access via SMS/Text
- View or edit the SMS/Text display name for each account

Did Rally send me a text message?

Rally Credit Union does send SMS text messages to our members to inform them of information that may affect their account. These messages can be about varying topics like fraud, loans, or other important information.

The SMS text number can vary and we discourage members from replying back with any personal identifying information when replying. Rally will never ask for any personal information or passwords by SMS text.

For your protection never provide any account or personal identifying information when responding.

If you feel the SMS text is fraudulent, please contact Rally Credit Union directly.
