Hiring Process

You're On Your Way

Apply

  • Choose the position you’re interested in and submit your application. 
  • When creating a candidate profile, remember your login credentials because you may need to log in to check your application status. 
  • Once you submit your application and (optional) resume, it will be reviewed by a Rally Recruiter. 

Review

  • A Rally Recruiter will review your application and (optional) resume. Note: We don't use bots—every application is reviewed by a Rally employee.
  • If your application and experience align with the position, a recruiter will contact you to discuss the opportunity and the next steps in our hiring process.
  • If you are not the candidate of choice, the recruiter will notify you by email.

Interview

  • Once you’ve completed a phone screen and your skillset aligns with the position, a recruiter will schedule an interview.
  • The interview process can vary in intricacy and length, depending on the position. 
  • Once an interview is scheduled, you’ll receive a confirmation email with all the details.
    Note: The interview location may differ from the working location.
  • Interviews may be in-person or over a video call.

Helpful Tip: For some positions, the process may include multiple rounds of interviews and/or a panel interview.

The Offer

  • If you are chosen for the position, a recruiter will contact you to extend the offer, review benefits and discuss the pre-employment process. 
  • Your recruiter will share the potential start date as well as onboarding and training information.
  • Once you accept, you will complete a few required items including a background check and drug screening.
  • Throughout the process, you’ll be updated by a human resources representative regarding the successful completion of your pre-employment process, your start date and orientation information.

Onboarding & First Day

  • We’re always excited to welcome new team members, and we want to make sure you start your first day with confidence.
  • Once you successfully complete the pre-employment process, you’ll receive an email asking you to complete your self-onboarding through our employee portal. 
  • You will also receive orientation instructions that will include location and arrival time for your first day.
  • Please note: You’ll need to bring your I-9 identification forms with you to orientation. A list of accepted forms of identification will be included in your orientation email. 
  • During the day, you will be greeted by your manager and get to meet the Rally Leadership Team.
