If the charge is no longer pending and has cleared your account, we recommend first contacting the merchant directly to resolve the issue. If the merchant is not able to assist, you can dispute the transaction in one of three ways:
- Online Banking
- Log into your online banking account
- Go to your checking account’s transaction history
- Locate the charge in question
- Select the 3 dots to the right of the transaction
- Choose Dispute Transaction and follow the instructions. This method sends your dispute directly for processing.
- By Phone or In Person
- Call us at 361-986-4500 to speak with a representative
- Or visit any Rally Credit Union branch and we’ll help you in person
- Via Email
Once your dispute is submitted, please allow up to 10 business days for provisional credit to be applied to your account.
