How can I transfer money to an external account or use Zelle® with Rally Credit Union?

You have a couple of convenient options to transfer funds from your Rally account to another financial institution through online banking. 

Option 1: Add an External Account 

To link an external account for transfers: 

1. Log in to your Rally online banking account 
2. Go to: Menu > Services > Manage External Accounts 
3. Choose one of the following methods: 
   • Instant Account Link via Plaid. If supported by the other financial institution, you can link the account instantly by logging in with your credentials for that bank. 
   • Manual Entry. You can manually add an account using: 
     • Routing number 
     • Account number 
     • Account type 

After submission, Rally will send two small “micro” deposits to the external account within 5 business days. Once you receive them, log back in to “Manage External Accounts” and enter the deposit amounts to verify and complete the setup. 

Option 2: Send Money with Zelle® 

If your transfer is time-sensitive, you can use Zelle®, located under “Transactions” in your online banking options. 

• This allows you to send money quickly using your recipient’s contact information from your device. 
• Zelle® transfers are typically completed within minutes after the recipient accepts the payment.
