- To dispute the fraudulent activity and request a replacement card, you can visit any of our branches or reach us at 1-800-622-3631
- You can also dispute fraudulent debit card activity via online/mobile banking. THIS WILL CANCEL YOUR CARD AND YOU WILL NEED TO REQUEST A NEW ONE
- To cancel your card or report it lost after 5pm CST or on a weekend/holiday, call 1-800-472-3272.
