Rate information: Prospective dividend and interest rates along with calculated APYs for Business Accounts are set forth above as of (today’s date). The APY is a percentage rate that reflects the total amount of interest or dividends to be paid on an account based on the rate and frequency of compounding for an annual period. The APY assumes that funds remain on deposit until maturity or one full year for non-maturing accounts. Rally Credit Union uses the Daily Balance method to calculate earnings on your account. Withdrawal of earnings or early withdrawal of principal will reduce the APY. Rally’s rates are variable and may change at any time, impacting the APY.
Basic Savings Accounts - Rates are subject to change. A Basic Savings Account is a Blended Rate account – a tiered account on which Rally pays dividends at a different rate for each level on deposit. Each rate will apply only to the portion of the account balance within each tier and not the entire account balance. Dividends are calculated on the average daily balance and paid quarterly. Must keep a minimum balance of $25.00 on deposit.
Nature of Dividends: Dividends are paid from current income and available earnings after required transfers to reserves at the end of the dividend period. The Dividend Rate and Annual Percentage Yield (APY) are the prospective rates and yields that the Credit Union anticipates paying.
