Kate Montagna is a Sr. Business Relationship Manager at Rally. She had an unconventional path to banking, obtaining a bachelor’s degree in history from Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi. After graduation, she was offered a job at a mortgage brokerage, then moved to a community bank at the start of the recession.
Kate joined the Rally family in 2014. Her 18+ years of banking experience includes both mortgage and commercial lending as well as lending compliance. She was selected to be a member of the conversion teams for DNA core conversion and BakerHill NextGen LOS conversion. In 2023, she won Rally’s Head for Business award.
Outside of her professional achievements, Kate is a proud wife and mother, always balancing her passion for building strong financial relationships with her dedication to her family.
