Maria Karaca, Senior Vice President at Rally, brings over 20 years of business banking experience to her role. Since joining Rally Credit Union in 2016, Maria has been instrumental in managing the Member Business Department, overseeing commercial loan financing and business depository products and services. Her extensive credit knowledge and dedication to building strong relationships provide small businesses with personalized and reliable banking solutions.
Maria holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi. She is actively involved in her community, currently serving as Treasurer on the Habitat for Humanity Board and as a Board Member for Big Brothers Big Sisters of South Texas. Previously, she served as Chairwoman for Big Brothers Big Sisters from 2013 to 2015.
Maria is married and has a daughter. She is passionate about continuing to see the Business program grow and expand, ensuring that Rally remains a trusted partner for business owners.
