If you believe you may be a victim of identity theft or fraud, act quickly to help protect your accounts and personal information. Contact Rally immediately to report any suspicious activity, then take the steps below to secure your identity.

What should I do first?

  1. Contact Rally immediately if you notice unauthorized transactions, account changes, or suspicious activity.
  2. Place a fraud alert or security freeze with the major credit bureaus.
  3. Report the incident to the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) and, if applicable, the FBI Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3).
  4. Monitor your accounts and credit reports for unauthorized activity.
  5. File a police report with your local law enforcement agency and keep a copy for your records. A police report may help support identity theft claims with creditors, financial institutions, and credit reporting agencies.
