Effective Saturday, January 20, 2024, we'll be adjusting the operating hours of the McColl branch. The lobby will be closed on Saturdays, and, after careful consideration, we have decided to permanently close the McColl branch lobby on Thursday, February 22, 2024.
We understand that change can be unsettling, but we want to assure you that this adjustment is aimed at enhancing your overall member experience.
The good news is that you can still enjoy the exceptional services you've come to expect from Rally Credit Union at our Northgate branch, conveniently located less than three (3) miles from McColl. Our dedicated McColl staff will also be transitioning to the Northgate branch to continue providing you with the personalized assistance you deserve.
We understand the importance of convenience in your financial transactions. Our 24hr Drive-up ATMs and ITMs will remain open, allowing you to make deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments at your convenience.
As we bid farewell to the McColl branch, we want you to know that this isn't goodbye – it's a transition to somewhere new. We are excited about the opportunities this change brings and look forward to continuing our journey together at the Northgate branch located at 9100 North 10th St., McAllen, Texas 78504.
