Out-of-state and overseas charges can often trigger fraud alerts. To avoid unnecessary account safety actions from Rally, it’s best to let us know at least a day in advance before you travel.
You can easily share your travel plans without making a phone call—simply use the Smart Card tool, available right in your online banking app on both mobile and desktop.
Follow these simple steps to share your travel plans:
Step 1: Log into your Rally account. Don’t have an online banking login? Make one here.
Step 2: Tap “Menu” and then select “Smart Card.”
Step 3: Under “Manage Card” options, choose “Manage Travel Plans.”
Step 4: Select “Add Travel Plan.” Rally will send a temporary Security Token to confirm your identity.
Step 5: Enter your travel details including your destination, departure date and return date, then hit “Submit.”
That’s it! Whether you’re visiting a different city, state or country, you can breathe easy knowing Rally is on your side. Safe travels!
