Last week, our security systems detected unusual activity from a bad party attempting to access multiple online accounts. We want to reassure you that our protections worked exactly as designed. The attempted activity was blocked, and your account remained secure.
Because our safeguards were activated, some members received automatic text or email alerts. These notifications are part of our normal security response and are meant to keep you informed anytime we detect anything out of the ordinary.
