Fraud Alert: Beware of Phone Scams- Scammers may pretend to be Rally and ask for your account information. If you receive an unexpected call claiming to be from Rally, hang up and contact us directly using a trusted phone number or secure channel.
We want to keep you informed about a scam affecting some of our members. Fraudsters are spoofing Rally Credit Union’s phone numbers (361 and 800) to make calls appear as if they are coming from us.
These scammers may:
Pose as “NavyArmy OR Rally Fraud Department” and claim your debit card has been compromised.
Pretend to confirm an Amazon or Walmart purchase and request your card number and expiration date.
Ask for details about your past transactions as “verification.”
Leave a missed call from what looks like our Rally Credit Union number, with only a brief “hello” and no message.
Stay alert— Rally Credit Union will never call, text, or email you asking for personal or account details. If you receive a suspicious call, do not provide any information, and hang up immediately.
