Fraud Alert: Beware of Phone Scams- Scammers may pretend to be Rally and ask for your account information. If you receive an unexpected call claiming to be from Rally, hang up and contact us directly using a trusted phone number or secure channel.

We’ve received reports of scammers calling members while pretending to be Rally’s Fraud Department. In some cases, the caller ID may even appear to display a Rally phone number.
These calls are designed to gain your trust and convince you to provide personal or account information.
If you receive an unexpected call claiming to be from Rally, hang up and contact us directly using a trusted phone number or one of our official contact methods.
