1. Delete your Smart Card^* App
2. Log in to your Rally Mobile App
3. Select Smart Card^* from the Menu
4. Set your controls and add your debit cards!

If you experience any access issues, you may need to delete the Rally Mobile App and restart your phone and download the Rally Mobile App again.
